        The string representation for each operator. Used for printing.

        rep - the string representation of the comparison type

        Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows: 
        for (CompareOperator.Type c : CompareOperator.Type.values())

        an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared

      • valueOf

        public static CompareOperator.Type valueOf​(java.lang.String name)
        Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)
        Parameters:
        name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.
        Returns:
        the enum constant with the specified name
        Throws:
        java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name
        java.lang.NullPointerException - if the argument is null

      • stringRep

        public java.lang.String stringRep()
        Accessor for the operator type's string representation.
        Returns:
        the string representation of the comparison type

      • find

        public static CompareOperator.Type find​(java.lang.String stringRep)
        Given a string representation of a compare operator, this method returns the corresponding Type value. Besides the string representations specified in the enum, the "=" and "<>" operators are also recognized.
        Parameters:
        stringRep - the string representation of the comparison operator
        Returns:
        the operator's corresponding type, or null if the type cannot be found
